What is your refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we DO NOT offer any refund or returns for any products or services sold on our website for any reason. Please note: If you opted for a payment plan, you are required by law to complete your payment plan. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our collection agency. If you have any questions about our Refund and Return Policy, please send an email to hello@parentpiphany.com and we will be happy to assist you.

When will my account be charged?

All accounts are charged on the same day of purchase depending on the type of membership you have. For example: if you sign up for a monthly membership on the 22nd of the month, you will be charged the monthly fee every 22nd of the month. If you sign up for an annual membership on the 23rd of the month, you will be charged again on the same exact day the following year!

This of course changes if you cancel your membership and then you won’t be charged again! The only exception to this is if you sign up on the 31st, for example, and the following month only has 30 days – you will then be charged on the 1st. Please make a note in your calendar so that you know when you are being charged next. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership if you do not wish to be a member anymore.

How can I cancel my membership?

We’re so sad to see you go! If you have any questions prior to canceling you can chat with our amazing team by first reaching out to members@parentpiphany.com.

If you already know you want to head out all memberships can be easily canceled on your own – right from your member account on the members site! You can read more on our privacy and terms here.

If I cancel my membership will I lose my specialty pricing?

Yes. If you signed up during a promotion, have been grandmothered in at your pricing, or have a lifetime membership when you cancel your membership you cannot come back at the discounted rate and you will lose access to that pricing.

If you decide to return, you will be charged the current member price.

Where can I find the members only Facebook group?

When you become a member of Parentpiphany you get special access to our members-only Facebook Group. In this group we will  go going live, shar more trainings, tips and giving you a LOT more support. If you are a current member, you can request to join the Facebook Group within the portal by clicking the Facebook Icon.

How can I reset my account password?

We hate when we forget our password! You can retrieve your password or make a new one by heading here.

 

I can’t login to my account, can you help?

Absolutely! Sometimes you simply need to reset your password. If you can still not login please email us at hello@thinkcreativecollective.com with the subject link “Please reset my teachable account.” P.S. we see a lot of people accidently put their email address as .CON instead of .COM so maybe check there first – once logged in you can reset your email address.

 

Help... My payment won’t go through?

Here are a few things you can try if your credit card is failing:

Try another payment method.
The Strategy Academy accepts all major international credit cards (Visa, American Express and MasterCard) as well as PayPal. Learn more about supported payment methods and currencies here.

Contact your bank.
Sometimes credit card providers put a hold on purchases when it seems like a fraudulent charge. If you do not make online purchases often (or perhaps you don’t live in the U.S.), this could be the case. Contact your bank or credit card provider directly.

Can I change my account login email?

Absolutely! Simply login to your account and click your profile (your picture in the upper right hand corner) then select “edit profile” from the drop down. From there you can change your email address and password.

 

How can I change where you send your awesome emails? (i.e. You just changed your email address)

As of right now, we’ll have to do this manually. If you need to change the email address we are sending to, simply drop us a note at hello@thinkcreativecollective.com and use the subject “I need to change my CK email”.
